First and foremost, the movie was absolutely hilarious in the first half and an absolute tear-jerker in the second half. The comedy scenes will truly make you laugh, while the family scenes will truly make you cry.
Really enjoyed watching this chinese remake of the korean movie. I watched the korean version many years ago and it is still one of my faves. This chinese version has beautifully captured the essence of the korean original, and they also made some minor changes to fit into chinese culture. Its a funny and wholesome movie thats very family oriented. Highly recommend : )
